, an internationally recognized expert on gaming, corporate and insurance law, will be a featured speaker at CasinoFest 3, a conference and training event presented by Casino Enterprise Management magazine.

About the speaker
Mr. Stocker, a Member in Dickinson Wright's Lansing, Michigan office, focuses his practice on gaming, corporate and insurance law, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the International Association of Gaming Attorneys and is a Founding Member and Vice President of the International Masters of Gaming Law.
An established author on Gaming Law, Mr. Stocker is an Editorial Board Member of the Gaming Law Review and a member of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School Legal Authors Society. He co-authored two books including the Guidebook to Conducting Business in Michigan in 2002 and the Overview of Gaming in Michigan in 1998. In 2002, he authored the Captive Insurance Manual. Mr. Stocker is listed in the current and previous editions of Best Lawyers in America and Michigan Super Lawyers.
