Dickinson Wright International Law Expert James Y. Rayis to Speak on Arab and Chaldean Law Student Association (ACLSA) Panel on Iraq
April 11 2007

University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law, Detroit
The panel discussion, moderated by Professor Andrew Moore of the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law, will focus on the role and liability of private corporations and contractors for actions and events in Iraq. Mr. Rayis, who has extensive legal experience related to government procurement and contracting in Iraq, will discuss issues related to contractors, project awards and development there.
About ACLSA
The Arab and Chaldean Law Student Association (ACLSA) is comprised of University of Detroit-Mercy law students who work together to educate and serve the community through events such as political discussion groups, lectures, social and cultural activities that bring to the forefront the social and political issues affecting the Middle East.

James Y. Rayis
