Dickinson Wright Attorney Steven G. Howell to Discuss International Insolvencies

Dickinson Wright PLLC Member Steven G. Howell will participate in a panel presentation entitled "International Insolvencies – What Happens When Continents Collide?" at a March 13, 2007 meeting of the Association for Corporate Growth, Detroit Chapter.

"As globalization becomes the business norm, the need to address cross-border insolvency issues has grown," said Mr. Howell. "Our panel will take a look at what happens when things go wrong." Mr. Howell, who is based in Dickinson Wright's Detroit office, focuses his practice on banking and financial services, corporate restructures and loan workouts, Chapter 11 reorganization, and the acquisition and sale of distressed businesses.
