We are prepared to hire an attorney with at least 3 to 5 years experience in trademark litigation, prosecution, licensing and/or counseling.  Opportunities include immediate substantive involvement in sophisticated and high stakes trademark litigation, as well as the provision of trademark counseling, transactional assistance and trademark prosecution services to some of the most well known companies in America.  Ideal candidates will have excellent law school performance, strong writing, organization and communication skills, and a strong work ethic.  Position includes full benefits.
