Jacob Frenkel was recently interviewed for CNBC news, “Sam Bankman-Fried sentencing underway: Here’s what you need to know,” discussing what to expect from Sam Bankman-Fried’s sentencing, the scale of his crime relative to Bernie Madoff, and the defense argument that victims didn’t suffer significant losses.
